- 48 Hours prior: Avoid alcohol, caffeine, blood thinners, vitamin supplements, fish oils.
- Do not exercise the day of your appointment.
- No botox/filler around the brow area 2 weeks before/after brow appointment.
- Retinols must be discontinued 2 weeks prior.

- You had chemotherapy or radiation in the past 12 months.
